The technician really nice, I feel comfortable with the doctor.
My hygienist was very pleasant & accommodating. She’s very gentle and kind. She has a very good bedside manner and a good listener. She explained very well the plan , options on my care and had lots of patience. She gives me undivided attention, I do not feel rushed. In the other hand, the doctor was rough and I felt pressure about making decisions.
Funny you don’t see any bad reviews here. I was a patient in their Raleigh office and in Jacksonville. Two years ago went to office and needed thirteen teeth pulled. The dentist refused to refer me out of office, to oral surgeon, unless I drove to their Raleigh office, which was the closest at the time, that had an oral surgeon. Fast forward two years and now they tell me I’m considered a new patient and they aren’t taking new patients with Medicaid. Shame on you!
