Doctor Byrnes is the best! When she gives needles to numb my mouth, she goes so slowly that I hardly feel it going in.My husband is a scaredy cat but he loves how she makes extractions and fillings practically painless! She really cares about her patients and has a nice personality! Today her assistant was Hailey and Hailey gave me little soft taps on my shoulder to take my mind off of the needle going into my mouth and I thanked her for being so caring. My experience was great! The dentist and staff were very helpful and very customer service oriented. Everything was explained to me that could be done regarding my cracked tooth. They even gave me a rough estimate what the insurance and I would have to pay which was very helpful.

Everyone here at the Lane & Associates in Pittsboro are always kind and welcoming. My dental hygienist Erica was very thorough but gentle. Dr Chung is professional and does a great job of explaining her evaluation & findings. I am so grateful to have such wonderful dental care in our community !
