Purchased a living room set from Bob Mills. I went in and Mc Kinzee and Trevor gave us great customer service. They showed us many living room sets and we went witlh the best high end model. There furniture is high quality at a fair price. I will definitely go back when ever I need furniture. The whole experience was great. Even the delivery crew were very professional and set up our living room set.
The store is great. Furniture looks great. EM was great. We placed an order on Nov1, 2025 with an 8-12 week delivery. We waited almost 9 full months and the furniture never made it. After many new ship date promises, we finally gave up and demand order cancellation and deposit refund. If it takes over 9 months to get a sofa imagine how long a warranty issue may take. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
We have received our new couch from Leather Showroom and are delighted with it. We’re so glad we decided to do this now. The leather is luxurious and resilient. A great combination. Our salesman is Eddie, whom I recommend. Also Charles is very helpful. If you’re ready for new furniture, this is the best place in town.
We went, along with our 4 little kids (all under 7), to look at getting a new couch. There are so many things that made that experience the best purchase experience we have ever had! Our experience could not have been better from our shopping to the delivery. Eddie was very good to work with and knowledgeable of the inventory. He was very good at helping us find what we wanted while at the same time never being pushy. We actually went in the store looking for a recliner and wound up purchasing a recliner, loveseat, and sofa set and couldn't be happier.
