Great Experience with Dr. Patel and the Team! I had a really great experience at Family Dental Health of Statesville. I went in for a porcelain crown, and Dr. Patel and the entire team made sure I was well taken care of every step of the way. What really impressed me was how thorough they were. I am pretty dedicated about having a periodontal maintenance done every three months. However, it had been six months since my last maintenance appointment. I was changing dentist. Kate did the best periodontal maintenance cleaning I have ever had. I wish I had found her earlier my gums would be in better shape. I will be there Every three months as scheduled. She is amazing and very gentle. thank you, Kate for a very wonderful experience.
They have a new doctor here (Dr. Patel guessing how to spell), he’s great!! Always does such a great job explaining my procedure and I feel he’s honest about my best interest. Love the ladies at the front desk they always make coming to the dentist feel at ease. Thank u guys🩷
Everyone was friendly. The process was seamless. Since I did the paperwork online ahead of time, I didn’t have to spend time before the appointment filling it out. The cleaning went well and the Dentist did a thorough job.
Was not happy with service, dental hygieneist pulled my hair trying to clean my teeth, she also mumbled through the whole process. Doctor came in to check, jabbed my gums, made them bleed, my mouth was not rinsed, swallowed so much blood was sick when I arrived home. Worse experience I have had with a cleaning.
