Most excellent care. Can't say enough about Sterling Hall and Andera. Sterling had me in for a physical and recognized I had an immediate need of urgent care. Sent me straight to ER. His attention to my needs and explanation of care is the best. Highly recommend

As I entered the office, I approached the front desk, where a staff member in pink scrubs sat behind a glass window. She remained seated with her legs crossed, making no effort to open the window or acknowledge me properly.
