The Michigan Institute of Real Estate online program provided the right training for me to pass the salesperson state test, on the first try, with confidence. I also purchased the Exam Prep program which greatly helped me get used to the types of questions on the test. Both programs were easy to use. The exam prep program allowed you to test yourself on questions in certain topic areas or as a full test. It had flash cards and also short videos on many topics related to the license. I enjoyed taking the Michigan Real Estate Test Preparation class in Flint. It was very informative and entertaining with Namir and Kevin. They keep the class lively and never boring.

Good content, straight to the point
I wanted to wait to leave my review until after I passed the Michigan real estate exam, which I did the very first time around! Kevin and his father Namir are INCREDIBLE TRAINERS. The people at the testing center told me that less than 2% of people pass the test the first time around. Little did they know that I went through the best real estate teachers in all of Michigan! I have them to thank for it and I look forward to implementing the things I’ve learned from them. I cannot recommend them enough!
