Kevin did a very good job teaching this class, it was a lot of information to go over in a week, but the material was delivered in a fun and very manageable way. Thank you for making learning this material as easy as possible.
Kevin was fantastic. Learning a new subject can be challenging. Kevin made it fun and entertaining. He's as much a comic as an instructor. Would definitely take another class with him.

First of all Tim Green did an excellent job helping us to learn the txt and concepts. We all had a great positive class and I feel confident that I have what is needed to pass among the 10 percent. Taking my exam on Monday October 9th.
Very easy and fun learning environment. I feel I have the basic tools I need to get going on the Real Estate business. I passed the test on my 1st try after this class 😁
