I was very nervous about taking a course but after the first day I was relieved of any anxiousness because the class was so relaxed and Kevin is so eager for students to learn this stuff. He is full of knowledge and is eager to teach you. I will be taking any other courses regarding real estate with MICHIGAN INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE to be sure I learn the right things.
I was HIGHLY RECOMMEND to Michigan Institute of Real Estate! The knowledge & passion in the teaching was so amazing, I want to do the next steps IE broker, builder, investor...through them. I was completely engaged with all they were providing even with a few hours of sleep before class. They have our best interest signing up with them! I, too, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

I have several friends who have taken real estate classes at different schools. I wasn't expecting a lot from this class, I expected it to be more about completing the hours. I was pleasantly surprised on how much information I was able to retain in such a short time. Kevin created a safe environment where we could ask questions, get clarification, and share stories.
