I had my wisdom teeth removed here and all of the staff was incredibly nice. The doctor was very attentive and even gave a personal number in case anything of concern happened. They did an amazing job putting in my IV it didn't hurt at all. If I ever need work again I will happily come back.
I took my daughter for 8:15am wisdom teeth removal. They were wonderful; Dr. Wallock called mid-day to check on her. Very pleased! The one opportunity is to send the prescription(s) to the pharmacy of choice rather than give patient piece(s) of paper to drop, then have to go back and pick up. We didn't get meds until mid-aftnoon which could've been avoided.
My long dental history is very sordid. I've seen a LOT of dentists and a few oral surgeons... I was referred by my Dentist. Getting the appt. requires registering on their website. That required way more info than any I've done before. The location / office (127 / North Ave) is hard to find. No driveway and no address #s on the bldg. It is 'bldg B'. Excellent!!!! I was a nervous wreck but the doctor and assistant made me feel so much better! The staff was caring and so friendly!! The doctor explained everything as he preformed the extraction and the assistant kept me calm! This office deserves 10 star!
Please if you’re getting your wisdom teeth out, think about what is important to you. Pain management? A clean facility? Whatever it is I recommend to sit in the waiting room, watch for certain interactions! Form your own opinion. The reviews on this business are somewhat true, the women who run the desk are great. The two ladies, just marvelous! As for Dr. Wallack and his assistant do not expect any level of human decency or transparency or even pain meds besides acetaminophen……
