Well I was there to have a tooth extracted and was expecting to spend a good amount of time there. Well from start to finish it was only 45 minutes. They both hygienist and oral surgeon took time to explain things and answered my questions. Once they numbed my mouth it took 15 minutes to take tooth out and put in bone graft and stitches. Even with the quick turnaround I didn’t feel I was being pushed in and out. Staff were very nice. Thank you Dr. Triggs and Ally for making my experience not stressful.

Dr. DeLaura and her team are excellent at what they do! I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and the entire process was better than I hoped. I'm not even two weeks out and feel amazing, they have great bed side manner and were right there when I had concerns post op. I have never had surgery before but I felt safe and confident the entire time. If you need oral care I recommend their office!

My daughter has her wisdom teeth out last Friday. Every interaction we had with staff was excellent from the check in process onwards. The receptionist set the tone with being friendly, informative and helpful. Crystal was an amazing assistant and both pre and post procedure was comprehensive in the information produced, put my anxiety ridden daughter at ease and made me feel comfortable also. Overall as far as the surgery went it was a good experience. I would never leave this place 5 stars due to their very non-transparent billing practice. Be aware that the initial consultation could range between 170 dollars (for a 25 minute conversion with the nurse practitioner, not the surgeon) and 470 dollars. Then if they deem necessary they will give you a 257 dollar CT scan. None of these costs are communicated in plain numbers like this up front. I took my daughter for 8:15am wisdom teeth removal. They were wonderful; Dr. Wallock called mid-day to check on her. Very pleased! The one opportunity is to send the prescription(s) to the pharmacy of choice rather than give patient piece(s) of paper to drop, then have to go back and pick up. We didn't get meds until mid-aftnoon which could've been avoided.
