I was very nervous to have a tooth pulled! I saw Dr. Wallock and he was very comforting to me and put me at ease. He has a very calming presence. He is kind and followed up with me afterwards. I am pleased with my care!
Dr. DeLaura and her team are excellent at what they do! I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and the entire process was better than I hoped. I'm not even two weeks out and feel amazing, they have great bed side manner and were right there when I had concerns post op. I have never had surgery before but I felt safe and confident the entire time. If you need oral care I recommend their office!
Well I was there to have a tooth extracted and was expecting to spend a good amount of time there. Well from start to finish it was only 45 minutes. They both hygienist and oral surgeon took time to explain things and answered my questions. Once they numbed my mouth it took 15 minutes to take tooth out and put in bone graft and stitches. Even with the quick turnaround I didn’t feel I was being pushed in and out. Staff were very nice. Thank you Dr. Triggs and Ally for making my experience not stressful.
My daughter has her wisdom teeth out last Friday. Every interaction we had with staff was excellent from the check in process onwards. The receptionist set the tone with being friendly, informative and helpful. Crystal was an amazing assistant and both pre and post procedure was comprehensive in the information produced, put my anxiety ridden daughter at ease and made me feel comfortable also.
