Dr Triggs is wonderful! He was so personable, and reassuring to both myself and my son. Especially when I had to call him after hours when my son ripped out his stitches while he was still "under the influence". Tiffany is one of the most wonderful medical personnel I have ever experienced. She could not have been more patient and kind to my 10 year old, who was a nervous wreck. Dr. Triggs and Megan were both so fantastic! I have been avoiding having my wisdom teeth removed for years and they made the process so easy! They were both fun and kind and put me at ease. I would highly recommend them!
Dr Wallock is amazing! Needed two teeth extracted that were extremely overdue. Havent gotten them taken care of because my state insurance isnt accepted anywhere and I have horrible anxiety with the dentist. I ended up having to pay out of pocket and he comped my nitrous oxide. He took a matter of 5 mins on the teeth extraction itself and was extremely mindful of my anxiety.
This is my 2nd review post attempt. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not send a referring to this office. in my opinion Dr. Wallock should just retire. No bedside manner, or maybe he's just a man of few words. I personally like to feel safe with any provider. One of the front desk clerks did a poor job of scheduling the extraction. Very nice and organized company would recommend them to any one who need to have your teeth surgically extracted. Dr Wallock and his team went above and beyond beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Once I was home and settled I received a call Dr. Wallock call to see how I was doing and stated if I need anything To call him on his cell phone !
