I recently visited North Pacific Endodontics for a root canal procedure, and I had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Jeppson was extremely professional and took the time to explain each step of the procedure before and during the treatment. Great experience! This was my first root canal and I was nervous but there was no need to be. They were able to get me right in and fixed up same day! Front desk staff were great and the doctor was gentile. So much so I think I fell asleep haha!!! Thanks again.

I was in significant pain with a tooth that had been giving me trouble. I woke up on a Monday morning and couldn’t tolerate it anymore. After paying a visit to my primary dentist first, I was referred to this office and they got me in ASAP! The tooth was so painful it had trouble getting numb, but not once was I made to feel like I was asking too much to pause and make adjustments for comfort. Staff was very polite and courteous and made me feel at ease. The doctor was extremely competent and explained what was going to happen in the procedure. His assistant was very quick and accurate in providing the instruments he called for. Highly recommend this dental practice.
