I went in for an emergency root canal. Dr Jeppson is very skilled and did an incredible job. Gladly give them 5 stars and highly recommend. The staff is great from the time you walk in through the door to the time you walk out. As pleasant of an experience as a root canal could be.

I was really anxious prior to my root canal, but that was wasted energy. The office got me in quickly and Dr. Jeppson was fantastic. I was offered anesthesia due to my anxiety, but I declined and went with local pain killer which worked very well Soft music was in the background and I experienced absolutely no pain. He was as quick and as efficient as he could be dealing with my infected, broken back molar. Highly recommend North Pacific Endodontics!

The staff are the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and concerned of any office I’ve ever been a patient. They follow up in a timely manner and always seem to be the patient’s advocate. Dr. Jeppson is incredible. I have never seen a doctor more courteous to his staff and patients as he, and I was a nurse for decades. He genuinely cares for the outcome of his patients and is diligent in making sure he gets the right outcome.

The staff is awesome. I wasn't a fan of the drill before, but everyone helped make it a good experience. And the laughing gas really helps. Best time I've ever had while getting work done.

Arrived in excruciating pain, headaches, face aches, thought it was my bottom tooth, but after more testing by Doc Jeppson…nope my top right tooth. I’ve never had a root canal, wasn’t feeling the love in my situation…but I was given options, professional advice, so I went for it. It was a No pain procedure, plus no pain that night or next day. Enjoying eating once again. Thank you all at NPE!
