The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful, answering every concern and question I had as patiently as possible. If you're someone like me that gets nervous going to any form of dental professional, this is the place for you. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and kind, he walked me through every step of the procedure and communicated with me when I was anxious and scared. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good endodontic team!

My three experiences at North Pacific Endodontics have been excellent. From the office staff to the endodontics dental assistants to the doctors themselves, everyone goes out of their way to make your time in the office, a pleasant one. Dr. Jeppeson did my procedure and I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He'll take the time to answer any questions you may have about procedures. If given a choice of endondontic clinics, you can't go wrong with Northern Pacific.

I’ve been in the dental field for 25 years so you would think being a patient would be no big deal for me. Nothing could be further from the truth! But…if I have to be patient and I need to get a root canal, Dr. Jeppson and his staff truly are the best. They have taken such great care of me AND my teeth over the years. Thank you NPE.

Friendly staff with very good care. Pain free and done in a short time for a root canal. Highly recommend. I hope I never need their services again, but I know where to go if I do.

I went in for an emergency root canal. Dr Jeppson is very skilled and did an incredible job. Gladly give them 5 stars and highly recommend. The staff is great from the time you walk in through the door to the time you walk out. As pleasant of an experience as a root canal could be.
