I was really anxious prior to my root canal, but that was wasted energy. The office got me in quickly and Dr. Jeppson was fantastic. I was offered anesthesia due to my anxiety, but I declined and went with local pain killer which worked very well Soft music was in the background and I experienced absolutely no pain. He was as quick and as efficient as he could be dealing with my infected, broken back molar. Highly recommend North Pacific Endodontics!
Great experience! This is how dentistry should be done. I lucked out and was able to schedule a procedure on very short notice. They were attentive, explained every step of the procedure (pre/post) and made sure I felt as little discomfort as possible. Truely caring staff. Serious work, with a calming sense of humor as we talked that I initiated, and the doctor chimed in. Laser focused to my needs. It's about the patient. But I believe they enjoy what they do, helping people..... It shines through!
Very professional yet personal service. Dr. Baker spent a lot of time ensuring that he’d removed all of the bad stuff from my tooth. I felt no pain during the procedure or afterwards. I am very pleased!
I went in for an emergency root canal. Dr Jeppson is very skilled and did an incredible job. Gladly give them 5 stars and highly recommend. The staff is great from the time you walk in through the door to the time you walk out. As pleasant of an experience as a root canal could be.
I want to express my gratitude for North Pacific Endodontics and their compassionate care. From the front desk to Dr. Jeppson, everyone was fantastic. I recently went in for a root canal and found out I needed another one due to pain. When I called to explain my situation, Dr. Jeppson personally checked in on me, which meant a lot.
