By the time I called Dr. Raegan’s office, I had been in pain for about six weeks. My dentist had done a crown on a tooth, which I later ended up needing a root canal on. Unfortunately, my dentist missed one of the canals, so six weeks later I was still in pain. Dr. Reagan and his staff immediately found a missed canal, & made time to fix it that day. I thought the folks at NTEA were really terrific. The ladies at the front desk greeted me warmly and assured me that everything would be fine.That helped me relax they were so positive. The two ladies that assisted Dr Reagan, Candice and Catlyn were great and very professional. Dr Reagan addressed my concerns patiently and did a great job. Nobody wants to have a root canal, but if I have to have another one I would go back to NTEA.
I recommend Dr. David Witherspoon ,,,a highly qualified dr in his field and I immediately realized he cared about his patients....because I was having a second root canal needing to be redone . ...I was not anticipating another procedure... Dr. Witherspoon administered the beginning injections with ease to me...then he was ready to do the root work which went very smoothly for me....then packed antibiotics around area to do the rest of work in 10 days ....everyone on staff and assistants are all Very helpful and professio... read more
First, I would like to thank my primary dentist, Nicholas Cox, Cox Family Dentistry for referring me to North Endodontic Associates. I could not have been more fortunate. The office staff could not have been more helpful, DeDe and Dr. Small could not have been better in taking me in and performing amazing surgery, all on a very short notice. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
