I am a terrified patient with very bad dental anxiety based on past dental trauma. The entire office is kind and professional and calming. Dr Michaels is so competent, professional and calm, and he takes you through the steps in a simple way. He clearly knows what he is doing and inspires confidence and overall calm. I’m so glad I found this office.

Dr. Michaels and his staff are truly fantastic. They are knowledgeable, caring and thorough. It starts when you first arrive and are warmly greeted by Marina and the other wonderful office staff. Whether I have been in the office for a regular cleaning or have had more extensive work completed, Dr. Michaels and the hygienists are warm, friendly and always accommodating. It is clear that Dr. Michaels and his staff care about your teeth, but most importantly they care about you!
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Michael's for many years and we feel that he is the best in the Norwood area! Also, his staff are excellent as well. An extremely professional office! Having been a dental assistant for many years, I am very aware of what to look for and I would give this office 10 stars if possible!! Professional, clean, comfortable at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Michaels and his staff!!
