I have been a patient of Onsite Dental for about a year now and aside minor inconveniences such as wait times and scheduling, Onsite Dental has been a great experience thus far. The staff are friendly, polite and their website is very easy to navigate. The services you are offered are explained with great detail and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I've been a patient at Onsite Dental for two years. This year, I underwent several onlay procedures and had increased interaction with the Onsite Dental Midtown team compared to previous years. Dr. Amanda consistently kept me informed throughout the process. The team displayed great professionalism and patience. Made an appointment weeks in advance but then got a text at 3pm the day before my 9am appointment that they don’t accept my insurance. I took a day off to go to the dentist so checking at least 24-48 hours in advance instead would be nice. Can’t comment on the quality of the services though unfortunately

everytime i call, im put on a brief hold for 10 minutes plus. They also do things that arent within insurance policies even though they claim they are innetwork with insurance. i have call over and over again just for them to submit my things to the insurance.

This was such a great dental experience. From the check in process, to the cleaning, to the doctors visit. The care provided was thoughtful, patient-centered, and thorough. Everything was explained to me both verbally and visually. I highly appreciated the courteous and friendly bedside manner of all the patient care staff. And the front desk was also super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!
