The staff is so warm and friendly. Lina at the front desk was really helpful with my insurance breakdown, my hygienist Erika was so kind and detailed oriented, & Dr. Amanda was very knowledgable & thorough with her exam. Overall, best dental visit I’ve had.
As someone who gets anxious going to the dentist, Onsite dental was the first office in the city that I felt comfortable at. The environment is clean, spacious and bright. The front desk staff is well versed in insurance and really try to help you in terms of coverage. The dental hygienists, dentist and assistants are thoughtful and thorough in their explanations. Ive had everything from new retainers to root canals done here. Highly recommend!
I don’t normally leave Google reviews but I was so impressed by the dentist and hygienist here I wanted to leave one. Vivian (hygienist) took the time to explain everything she was doing and why, and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. It is also a very high tech office with multiple ways of screening the teeth, and she walked through the images on the screen to show me exactly what was going on. The administrative staff were also very friendly!
I went for a cleaning. They recommended to do a deep cleaning, however I didn't wanted to do a deep cleaning at that moment and prefered to just do a regular one. They refused to do a regular cleaning (no explanation shared - they sent their billing department to let me know they refuse). If I want a cleaning with them it had to be a deep one and it had to cost about $900. I find this behaviour unethical.
