I had my first appt with OnSite Dental today, and I look forward to my future appts with their team!! Whitney at the front desk was extremely welcoming and easily discussed the information on my insurance / fees with me. Erika was super detailed and is a great hygienist! Dr. Phillips was so knowledgeable and created a great follow up plan for my dental care. Highly recommend!
Great team, have been coming to onsite dental for a few years, twice a year, and the quality of service and bedside manner has been consistent throughout. The facilities are great and I appreciate the transparent breakdown of the cost of services always. Will continue to come here for as long as I live in NYC.
I’ve been going to Onsite Dental since 2023 and I generally have a good experience. However I really enjoyed my visit yesterday. Whitney at the front desk was so lovely and knowledgeable as she went over my plan’s coverage, my hygienist Erika was exceptional with how she cleaned my teeth, explained my x-rays, and answered my questions, and Dr. Phillips did a great job relaying the plan moving forward. Great job ladies!
Every time I visit Onsite Dental I am very calm and satisfied with the experience. The team is very professional and personable. From the check in to the end of the appointment I am very clear on the treatment plan along with preventative measures to benefit my oral health. Thank you Onsite!
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dental office. About six months ago, I had a cavity filled here, and the filling has already fallen out. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at, but the day before my appointment they called to cancel and told me I would need to see another dentist instead.
