I really wanted to like this office. The space is beautiful, the technology seems very up-to-date, and the hygienists provided one of the more comfortable cleanings our family has had. Unfortunately, the overall experience hasn’t matched that first impression. I’ve had the best dental experience ever at Orcutt Family Dentistry! All the staff is friendly and hospitable. Every step of process is made to be easy and comfortable. They are constantly making sure that you aren’t in pain, and throughout the entire cleaning, I never felt any pain! I didn’t know that was possible! My wife had a different dental hygienist, and she said the same thing, so you know everyone is trained with patient comfort as the priority. Great staff and Dentist! My crown came off while on a work conference! I called 5 dentists in the area before I drove over to Dr. Orcutt. The staff was so helpful and reassuring. It was late in the afternoon and they did not need to accommodate my needs. But they did! Joan and Lauren on the front desk were delightful. Racheal took my X-rays and was as equally delightful. First time as a patient and was impressed with the friendly staff, clean crisp office, and up to date tools. Dr. Orcutt was friendly and personable. He has set a similar tone for the rest of the staff. I am looking forward to a good relationship with this office for many years.

I am so happy to have found such a wonderful dental office. Everyone who works there welcomed me and made me feel super comfortable. This is the first time I’ve ever been asked by a hygienist if the pressure was okay before starting the cleaning! I left feeling relaxed and minty fresh! What I’m most grateful for is that they do pediatric care, as well, so my whole family can be at one dental office. Yay!
