I fractured my spine a couple months ago, and came here to get it checked up on, because it has been getting progressively more painful in the mornings again. The doctor was incredibly snooty, telling me that it should be fine at my age, and dismissing any of the symptoms or possibilities of complication without even taking a look at my back. I could Not Be Happier with the Staff, the Doctor and The Results I Received at OrthoWashington. Before, I was have so much pain, especially at night with my hand, now, it is So Much Better. With the injection given, the locking I have suffered with for so long is gone. The Doctor was Right! Thank You So Much! The care that went into my knee surgery was amazing and over the top. I felt comfortable and trust with all the support at this phacility. Thank you all for making me feel like I was the only person that matter while going through such an ordeal. Thank you again Tammy England
Ortho Washington has been great for us, especially more recently, as the Bellevue office is much more efficiently run than the former Totem Lake location. I have not been to the current Kirkland office. Amanda is a great PA, and I see her for knee injections. She is a seasoned pro! Jason is a great office manager, if, in fact, that is his title. Again, very efficient!
Staff was super friendly. All areas I saw were clean. Was seen promptly after arriving. Appointment went smoothly and the provider was very knowledgeable and engaging. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who may find themselves in need of an orthopedic assessment.
