Admittedly, I avoided the dentist for 5 years and my teeth were in rough shape. I was apprehensive to find a new dentist and get going again, but upon finding Dr. Brennan and her staff, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I had to have a lot of work done and they were patient, thorough in their explanations, willing to walk me through finances, and extremely gentle and caring. I've already passed around some business cards to friends and family!
I went into Polished Dentistry for the 1st time since they took over Dr. Cheuk's office. I've been a patient of Dr. Cheuk since I was a little boy. The newly renovated establishment looked fabulous. It was very clean and much more modern than before. The technology they have now is genius. The staff was very friendly and my dental hygienist was extremely professional. I had a very good experience with my clean and check when I was in town. I wanted a second opinion, and Dr. Brennan verified correctly, what my local Dentist had suggested. I got my crown when I got back home and needed a root canal, which Dr. Brennan suggested was a strong possibility. She was professional and very kind. When in Ballwin again , I would be comfortable having any needed work done there. They are very up on new methods and equipment.
Followed Dr. Angela Fitzpatrick from another office to Polished. Great dentist!!! The office staff was very friendly.
I was beyond pleased with my experience here. The Polished team got me in on very short notice when I accidentally broke a tooth. Dr. Fitzpatrick made my experience as least painful as possible while Keshia (my dental assistant) helped to ease my anxiety. It was a great experience especially considering the negative preconceptions that can be associated with a dentist visit.
Great staff who really listen to your needs, with honest, professional dentistry!! Dr Fitzpatrick and Dr Brennan are amazing and I just love Debbie, their Hygienist!
The doctors and team were awesome! I've had multiple appointments here and I would recommend Polished to anyone looking for a dentist!
