I recently took my three sons for their yearly cleanings at Portal Cypress Family Dentistry, and as always, we had a wonderful experience! The office was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which brought an extra warmth and festive feel to our visit. I paid $45 for 14 months. Today I came in for a routine checkup, and for a non-deep cleaning, they gave me a $240 discount and I had to pay them for this cleaning , when I've already paid them over $600 for 14 months. What an absurd way to waste my money. I'm not going back here. I believe a dentist doesn't need to do this to their patients; they can earn their money honestly.

What an amazing place!!! I take my children and my husband here and before this dentist, we hadn't been in a very long time due to cost and problems finding reliable help. Portal is awesome - their service is affordable and the care and help is exceptional!!! The staff are always so accommodating and helpful, Crystal and Arleth are always so kind and fast (helping me get doctors notes last minute for school). Worth every penny spent. Will continue with them for a long time!!!

My kids and I had an amazing experience at Portal Cypress Family Dentistry & Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Me and my family have been to many different dentists over the years, but this office is unique. They always make us feel welcome and treat us good, not like just a number. I know going to the dentist is scary for some but the staff helped us to get over it, especially the kids. If you really want to find a dentist to use year after year, I would recommend these guys.
