I recently took my three sons for their yearly cleanings at Portal Cypress Family Dentistry, and as always, we had a wonderful experience! They took a lot more time than told with crown moldings just to get them wrong twice; I was never notified they were ready until I called to ask. I was then poked wrong with the local anesthesia and they took no accountability and was told I must’ve bit myself hard which I knew was untrue. A lot of time wasted for procedures I’ve gotten done in the past else where and know it should’ve have taken as long. Overall disappointed. Did not finish treatment!

What an amazing place!!! I take my children and my husband here and before this dentist, we hadn't been in a very long time due to cost and problems finding reliable help. Portal is awesome - their service is affordable and the care and help is exceptional!!! The staff are always so accommodating and helpful, Crystal and Arleth are always so kind and fast (helping me get doctors notes last minute for school). Worth every penny spent. Will continue with them for a long time!!!

I paid $45 for 14 months. Today I came in for a routine checkup, and for a non-deep cleaning, they gave me a $240 discount and I had to pay them for this cleaning , when I've already paid them over $600 for 14 months. What an absurd way to waste my money. I'm not going back here. I believe a dentist doesn't need to do this to their patients; they can earn their money honestly.

My kids and I had an amazing experience at Portal Cypress Family Dentistry & Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The waiting area was kid-friendly. The dentists and hygienists were incredibly patient with my kids, explaining everything in a way that made them feel at ease during their cleanings.
