Great first visit. The staff is organized and great with communication. The hygienist, Amber, was fantastic. Super friendly and explained everything. Dr. Rodriguez was also friendly and explained in a concise but easy to understand manner. I’ve never been a fan/regular of going to the dentist, but this experience has changed my perception in a positive way.
Premier Dental is first class all the way. Everyone in the building is friendly and professional. They are always on time with my appointments. Dr. Rodriguez & Dr. Munoz are both personable and excellent dentists. I had an emergency with a bad tooth, and they got me in first thing that morning. I was able to leave pain free for my business conference that morning as scheduled.
My wife recommended Premier Dental to me after two visits. I knew I wouldn't be disappointed, but I was not prepared for the VIP treatment I received. The staff were all courteous and professional in their interactions with me. I truly felt special. They explained each step of each procedure and were ready to answer questions as honestly as they could. The wait time was minimal and I was in and out faster than I expected. I give them a 6 out of 5 because I was truly impressed.
I’m extremely grateful for the team at Premier Dental! I recently had to have two teeth extracted and I cannot thank Dr. Muñoz and Mereces enough for making my experience so pleasant. They explained everything so well and made me feel very comfortable. Not to mention how fast I was able to get in for the procedure after my initial consultation and how seamless the whole process was.
