Both my kids have been taking classes at Proven Martial Arts. My son for almost 4 years, and my daughter almost for one. They both have learned so much from this experience! Taekwondo has helped them to be more responsible, respectful, and kind. It also helps them with controlling their emotions, keeping themselves safe from bullies, and also helping their friends in case they get bullied.
