Support staff is very warm and polite once you walk in. Feels like you are having a friendly chat with your neigbour. Very warm and pleasant. Dr Wafa is extremely patient with patients. She asks the right questions, listens to your explanation and ask follow up questions. She made me feel so comfortable and listened to my needs. I didn't feel rushed. She patiently explains anything not clear to you. I recommend her 100%.
The support staff was very warm and welcoming. My daughter went to pull a stubborn baby tooth out and all went well. It was a very quick procedure, blink twice and it was over. The dentist was moving so fast to get out of the room after the procedure was over while giving the aftercare instructions we didn't have a chance to clarify them.
