I have had some rough dental experiences over the years, but this office completely changed that. I can honestly say getting four fillings was actually an enjoyable experience! The staff and doctors are absolutely fantastic—professional, kind, and they truly make you feel like you’re in good hands. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and far better than I ever expected. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit—something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist. Highly recommend!
The Rai family dentistry had availability and took me in within hours for an infected tooth extraction. My regular dentist wouldn't look at me literally until next month! Sorry, can't wait like they wanted me too! The staff was welcoming and efficient. There were no blocks during my in process and I was seen 20 min earlier than my appointment. So initially I had no problems with this place. Everything seemed fine and as far as customer service goes, they’re great and they’re all very kind and patient. But the problem comes with the billing and charges. So I wanted a physical exam for my kids. I was told the total out of pocket would be $187 for the both of them. The clinic was clean and modern, which immediately put me at ease. The whole staff here is amazing and friendly. I know you’re not supposed to have a fav but mine is Abi… she was so gentle and sweet. Dr Paulina is just as amazing.
