A moment ago Our carpets were filthy from renters. We called Restoration North to see if they would be able to clean our carpets within two days. Not only did Restoration North fit us in but cleaned our carpets looking like they were brand new!!! I have to say it's been a couple weeks and the citrus scent is still in our home. Restoration North is a Fantastic company. Sam is wonderful. I want to give a shout out to Tyler Upson who came to work on my "Disaster" on a Saturday. In July. In McCall. I called the emergency number spoke with Sam. Less than an hour later Tyler and his assistant showed up. They went right to work. had great attitudes and worked all day until their part of the job was done. While putting up with me and my not quite meltdown, over my situation. Colt did a professional job from start to finish. He set up the appointment to accommodate my schedule,called to confirm, showed up on time, moved my furniture for me, was a perfect gentleman and did an awesome cleaning on my cream color Berber carpet. The carpet was in great condition but dirty from the previous owner. I had my doubts about what could be done about the spot in front of the sliding door, but Colt got every stain out, including those!
