Everything from start to finish was totally professional. It was my first root canal. The team made me feel comfortable and safe. If it’s even possible, this was kind of a fun experience 😎
They did an amazing job on my partial root canal! Dr Shapiro is amazing! If you go to this root canal office you should request him because he distracted me from the discomfort by talking to my mom. He is very funny and nice. I would rate 10+ stars if I could do so. If you need a root canal or a partial one please go here. The staff was friendly and well-prepared. I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, and had no wait. The dentist and two assistants made sure I was comfortable, and got right to work. A root canal is never fun, but this was Not Unpleasant! They used suitable local anesthesia. I think the procedure took about an hour and I felt no pain at all. Yes, my head was immobile, and my mouth was clamped and stationary, but this is what I expect. I did my best to drift off mentally, and soon it was all over. This was as cl... read more
Root Canal Specialty is a great place. The staff is very kind, competent and communicative. Dr Shapiro is great as he communicates your procedure every step of the way. He listens to your concerns and works with you to come up with the best treatment plan. Highly recommend!
Wow. Great Doctor and Support staff. I was a little apprehensive because I have heard that root canals can be rough. My root canal with Dr. Shapiro was completely pain free. The Dental assistants were very warm and friendly, and the office staff were great. I'd actually say 6 out of 5 stars because they really exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience.
