I called today and talked with Carrie at the Livonia office. I was in Dire need of a root canal. She set me up with a same day appointment at the west Bloomfield office. Everyone was so nice and professional. I would recommend everyone to go there. Three hours later I am home resting comfortably. Thank you Root Canal Specialty Associates. Great job!
The office staff is super helpful and friendly from the check in to the checkout process. Everything was throughly explained. You are able to fill out paperwork on line and notified prior to your appointment with text messages which is very helpful. Dr. Shapiro did an excellent job going over the X-rays and explaining what was going on and what he would do going forward. He has an exceptional bedside manner. I’ve had numerous encounters within the dental industry and this office is top notch!
Everything from start to finish was totally professional. It was my first root canal. The team made me feel comfortable and safe. If it’s even possible, this was kind of a fun experience 😎
They did an amazing job on my partial root canal! Dr Shapiro is amazing! If you go to this root canal office you should request him because he distracted me from the discomfort by talking to my mom. He is very funny and nice. I would rate 10+ stars if I could do so. If you need a root canal or a partial one please go here. The staff was friendly and well-prepared. I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, and had no wait. The dentist and two assistants made sure I was comfortable, and got right to work. A root canal is never fun, but this was Not Unpleasant! They used suitable local anesthesia. I think the procedure took about an hour and I felt no pain at all.
