Absolutely THEE BEST! I had a root canal procedure and actually went to SLEEP. Dr. Shapiro is very kind and thorough. He explains step by step what he’s doing and makes you feel comfortable. He’s very skilled and great at what he does! Thanks to his staff for their kindness and professionalism! 10 out of 10! ♥️🙏🏽
I had Dr. Vodopyanov as my Doc, and he did such a great job! He explained everything I needed to know, was very thorough, and QUICK! I had 2 amazing Assistants, Jillian & Allison. Both were amazing and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Seemed as if this was the A-Team. Thank you guys for making this experience, stress free and easy as possible. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
My experience was absolutely AWESOME!!! Dr. Shapiro eased my anxiety with just a simple gentle touch..He explains every step in detail before he performs it...He periodically informs you of the current progression state...He actually listens and explains questions asked...Pain was minimum to none before and after the procedure...I would like HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shapiro for anyone seeking specialty root canal services! I came into the office in extreme pain and was very anxious. Everyone from the time I stepped foot into the office until I was walking out was extremely friendly, compassionate, and Dr. Cucco and the women who worked with her had the best patient bedside manner I've ever experienced at any dentist office. I appreciated the clear communication and I couldn't of asked for a better outcome to normally very stressful experience. Thank you!!
Excellent experience. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and always concerned about the comfort of the patient. My last root canal was in the 70's and it was in the stone age compared to my experience at Root Canal Specialty Assoc. Highly recommended.
