ServPro have been so amazing. We had a not so pleasant sewer experience on Christmas Eve, and not only was someone still in the office to take our call, but they were able to schedule someone first thing the day after Christmas. It has been a lot of moving pieces but everyone we've worked with at the office and in person have been professional, knowledge, personable and extremely efficient. Highly recommend them for their commitment to customer service and expertise.

I contacted Servpro of Clifton to clean up water damage and restore our kitchen and basement. I can't say enough about their service, or the contractor Steve. Their service was very timely and Steve kept us informed of every step of the process and worked with us to get the best pricing for materials and services from the subcontractors. The workers were professional, showed up when they said they would, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Steve and Servpro of Clifton.

Within 2 hours, Servpro was at my house with vacuums and air drying fans to start the cleanup process from my hot water tank rupturing from the top. Water everywhere, Steve was outstanding, he calmed me down and the next morning he had a crew of about 12 workers at my house with a trailer to store all my belongings that didn't get wet. They removed the walls and removed our carpet, wrapped and boxed everything from our barware to our pictures on the walls. Steve and his crew made our nightmare, tolerable. ServePro is absolutely the best choice for disaster remediation. My project involved flood and mold remediation. From the very beginning to the very end, they staid on the job for 8 hours a day until completion, which took several weeks. This involved demolition and reconstruction of a family room, office and laundry room. The finished product is nothing short of perfection. I highly recommend ServePro.
