Having a leak pour through the ceiling from the Condo above can be a very difficult experience. SERVPRO of Clifton helped make the process of water mitigation, asbestos removal, and reconstruction smooth and actually pleasant. Fabulous job in all aspects of the job. Timely assessment of project requirements. Competent staff doing the demolition. Came everyday to assess drying all areas water damaged. Clean up well after job. Steve facilitated worked with the painters. He also helped find a place to repair a pendant light. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give a 5, the highest.

We recently had a water leak in the basement due to a pinhole in a pipe. Servpro of Clifton was quick to respond, easy to work with, and very efficient. Joe came by to check on the progress each day and was very professional and courteous. Most importantly, he even tried to accommodate our busy schedule.

Pipe burst while we were sleeping and we woke up to a flooded basement. After a call to the insurance company the Servpro Team arrived quickly and were amazing. Courteous and helpful during a stressful moment. Can’t recommend enough!
