We called ServPro on 04/05/2024 because our finished basement had gotten completely and severely flooded as a result of our hot water heaters breaking down. Over 1 year ago, we had a sewage back up in our basement. It was incredibly stressful. As a relatively new homeowner, I was also unsure of how to remedy the situation. A family member recommended that I call Servpro because of their experience. I could not be happier with my decision to call the Servpro Clifton office. Steve and his team did an excellent job cleaning up a flood that affected a hardwood floor (and other items) on the first floor as well as the insulation along with other floor damage in the basement. I called SERVPRO in the morning as my basement had flooded and Steve gave me a call within 20 minutes and came right over to access the damage.
