Jimmy and Garrett provided excellent service during this very stressful time. Their professional work ethic did not go unnoticed. From packing up boxes to checking on fans, mold issues, we highly recommend SERVPRO. We reside in Mt. View on the Big Island and thought it would take some time getting an assessment. Servpro’s restoration process exceeded our expectations thanks to project manager, Frank Vazquez. Frank did an excellent job of explaining the contract and the scope of the work in terms that we could understand. We appreciated and relied upon his knowledge, professionalism and design insights. From the start to the end, Frank moved the job to completion and kept in constant contact with us. We are completely satisfied with the excellent restoration work. We highly recommend Frank and Servpro of Kailua.

Damon and his team did a fantastic job for us dealing with a mold issue in a vacation rental my family owns. We were unable to be on the island before the work began, so I was nervous about the job. There was no need to be concerned, Damon and his crew dealt with the situation, finished on time, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.

I highly recommend SERVPRO Maui. It can be stressful when you encounter water leaks and damages. Damen and his crew are professionals who guide you through the process with their confident level of expertise, training, and communication. They are supported with Marisol, in the office, who is very efficient with all the paper work and coordinating with insurance. We had to cause them two interruptions during their work process, but they were patient and very professional in handling these challenges, not causing us any delay... read more
