I was experiencing significant hair loss/bald and shedding. Dr Rawn Bosley provided a great treatment and I am finally seeing a significant improvement in less than two months. Whitney Gao was knowledgeable and very thorough. Making the appointment and checking in online was easy and helpful. I was not pressured into anything cosmetic and felt comfortable in the Carrollton office. I have already recommended Whitney Gao to two of my friends.

I recently had an unfortunate experience during my office visit with Dr. Whitney Gao on April 29, 2025. I went in with several issues, including hyperpigmentation of my eyelids, hair loss following a hysterectomy, a cyst, and eczema. I had hoped to address all of these concerns, but I was disappointed to learn that the doctor only intended to discuss two of them.
