Ann Richards was a phenomenal real estate agent whenever I listed my house with her in 2018 after it had been on the market with another agent for six months.
She was enthusiastic and had a positive attitude from the very beginning. The first thing she did was to hire a professional photographer to redo the pictures of the house in the correct lighting. The difference in the photos was astounding. Further, knowing that I was carrying two house payments and this house was empty, she had 3 to 4 open houses in a very short amount of time and we had an offer and a contract in less than six weeks. Lastly, Ann was always available and gave weekly reports to the sellers. I highly recommend Ann as a professional agent who is dedicated to assisting people in buying or selling homes. She will exceed your expectations both as a person and an agent.

You just can't go wrong with the Ann Richards Group at Realty Executives Associates. Ann is truly an expert when it comes to real estate and she actually cares about her clients. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Ann and her staff and would certainly go back to her in the future.

She is truly a great realtor. Her presentation of our home with the pictures inside and outside of the home, aerial photographs of the home, Norris Lake and the Mountains that's why our home sold so quickly.

Ann sold a house for us several years ago in LaFollette after it sat in another realtor's hands for over a year with no activity and I knew I could count on her marketing skills to sell my house in Knoxville. Open house produced a buyer, full price offer and 30-day close. Who could ask for anything more? I have now moved home to Massachusetts and would highly recommend Ann to anyone selling their home in the Knoxville area.
