TLDR: Went in for a cleaning, left with a 10k estimate... and no service Scheduled a self pay teeth cleaning as a new patient. I had to redo all the paperwork as the website didn't register as being done. Also, had to wait 45 min before I got in. They took some basic xrays, doctor came in and told me I have a lot of issues with my teeth (every gray spot on the xray was a problem) and I need a deep cleaning. i was a patient here as a kid years ago…. this is one of the worst clinics in the chicago land area . i was traumatized by the team after having 8 baby teeth extracted all which while being fully conscious and tied down to a backboard . i’m an adult now and have issues going to the dentist because of thode experiences in this office. i would never recommend this practice , not even to my worst enemy.
Horrible experience. I booked my appointment to get a dental cleaning. I got a text message to confirm my appointment, I did confirm. When I get to the office for my appointment didn’t exist.
Very grateful to have an establishment that takes good care of my oral health. The whole staff are very caring and wonderful. Highly recommend for great cleaning and all other procedures. Thank you smile dental care for taking care of me when in need. -Mario
Dental hygienist Delana is the absolute best. 💯 Hard to find someone not just going through the steps to get through the day and pull a paycheck. If you have anxiety about cleanings ask for her, she has such a calming demeanor and actually listens about any sensitivities. Very thorough when it comes to cleaning and always gives tips on what I can do to better my oral care. What a gem, Smile Dental care is lucky to have her! Front desk was courteous on arrival and departure as well.
