TLDR: Went in for a cleaning, left with a 10k estimate... and no service Scheduled a self pay teeth cleaning as a new patient. I had to redo all the paperwork as the website didn't register as being done. Also, had to wait 45 min before I got in. They took some basic xrays, doctor came in and told me I have a lot of issues with my teeth (every gray spot on the xray was a problem) and I need a deep cleaning. That alone would cost me $1600 and it needs to be done in 2 sessions. All of the work would cost me over 10k but if I ... read more
Dental hygienist Delana is the absolute best. 💯 Hard to find someone not just going through the steps to get through the day and pull a paycheck. If you have anxiety about cleanings ask for her, she has such a calming demeanor and actually listens about any sensitivities. Very thorough when it comes to cleaning and always gives tips on what I can do to better my oral care. What a gem, Smile Dental care is lucky to have her! Front desk was courteous on arrival and departure as well.
