I love Sweet Smiles Family Dentistry! They’ve been a staple of my family since 2017. It’s always a pleasure to see how fast, accommodating, and friendly the dentist and their hygienists are. Dr. Reynolds is so nice and attentive. She greeted my daughter was talkative and so friendly made my daughter feel comfortable. My 9 year old said “Mommy she is the nicest Dentist ever the last ones never even would say hi to me”. Smile in her voice and so welcoming. You can tell she loves what she does.
Unprofessional staff. Over schedule everyone, small waiting room with about 8 chairs and have you waiting for more than 25 min to be called in the back. Dentist did not care and told his assistant who cares. Thought I didn’t hear him. As I tried to explain the waiting situation he cuts me off and walks away to get the other dentist. they really suck, they make you wait over an hour for a simple cleaning. they skip past you! make comments on your teeth that aren’t necessary/ irrelevant. Doctor there… HORRIBLE won’t come here again even if it’s the last place on earth! 1/10
Every time i bring my son in we have to wait OVER an hour to be seen for a regular ROUTINE CLEANING. I scheduled his appointment for when they opened and they STILL took an hour to come in to see him. They also claimed to not take clients over the age of 20 and I seen two people (which came in after me and were seen first) over the age of 30. Definitely will not be coming back here again.
