JR was immediately helpful as we wandered in to the store. New house, first new couch for like… a decade+, so it was daunting. JR made the experience easy and personable without pressuring. Honestly, their service is phenomenal and the customizable nature of their couches is so cool! Honest, transparent pricing and explanations of what you get with the cost, too. Highly recommend! I might post another review after our custom couch is delivered, too!
We just placed our order for a high quality leather recliner and could not be more excited! Lance was an incredible consultative sales manager who was super informative and never made us feel pressured. They have so many options and custom colors to choose from. Just spent the afternoon with Lance designing our new family room. He was very sensitive to our specific desires (appearance, comfort, fit to our style and decor). We never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot, and when we couldn't find exactly what we wanted on the showroom floor, he worked with us to find solutions that would work. We can't wait to get our new furniture in a month or so!
Texas Leather Interiors had the quality and selection of sturdy 100% leather furniture we had been seeking. Lance Fielder patiently answered our questions and concerns in making a selection from the vast number of options. The subtle blue color looks perfect in our living room and the leather is butter soft. So grateful to have found this store!!
