I really appreciate the all they do Dr Koone always amazes me as I am very far skin lots of freckles. In a few minutes he spots the bad stuff questionable 😅 then we just freeze them off. He offered the cream I just said let's just get them. There was 1 to send off to see if it was cancer. I go back on 6 months if all is good. The staff is wonderful super friendly. Checking in is easy online fast. I have never waited pass my appointment time. I have been going for years with a family history.

I was able to make an appointment very quickly even though I was a new patient. The check in was quick and easy and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I saw Dr Matthew Helm. He and his assistants were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took good care of me and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend Dr Helm and Dr Koon who my husband has seen and experienced the same as me.

Dr. Koone is the best! Personable, yet quite professional, sharp and intelligent, and catches issues that need attention! I’ve been seeing him for years now because of my sensitive skin, and he has done a wonderful job watching over my skin issues.

Dr Helm, removed a cyst from my back with the help of his nurse. (I can't remember her name) but she made me feel safe and confident to have the procedure. She and Dr Helm where friendly, professional and gentle. It was removed with little to no pain even recovery has gone so well. Thank you Dr Helm & staff. I highly recommend. No photos taken.
