I had a great visit with Dr Helm. He and his PA were quick to address my issues in office and prescribe me what I needed. I especially appreciated that the tech took the time to find a coupon and the cheapest pharmacy near me to get my prescription after she discovered my insurance didn’t cover it. Great experience all around- super friendly staff and team!

Even though they didn’t have my appointment in their computer, they worked me in very quickly. All of the staff that I had contact with were very professional, polite, friendly, helpful, had a positive attitude and the doctor did an excellent job in removing some issues that needed to be addressed. He also froze some things that needed to be done and hopefully I don’t have to go back to get it resolved again. Great experience. Fast check in, no waiting long periods of time. Staff is friendly and courteous. Office very clean and nice. Nothing but good things to say about this appointment. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

One of the best doctors I've ever met. The whole office personal, front desk, nurse, checking out. Everyone was so nice, new what they were doing. The office is so pretty, very clean. I highly recommend Dr Koone and his staff.

I have always had a good experience with thos office. Dr. Helm and his staff are just wonderful! The front desk and office staff handle any issue without problems. Dr Helm listens to your issues and works to find solutions that will work for you. I highly recommend this office!!
