I could not be more positive about my experience with this company and Dr Koone. Best doctor’s office ever! Staff are smart and friendly. Doctor Koone is the best … hands down. Attentive, kind, takes time to explains everything, great bedside manner. Just the best!
The office staff were friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy! Dr. Koone came in quickly and was thorough with his exam. He gathered my medical history and took extra precautions with which medications were safe for him to use. I would 100% recommend!
From check in, to being placed in a room, procedure being performed, to check out was almost painless. The numbing injection smarted a little for my husband. This office has the most caring, considerate, experienced staff that I have ever met. The doctors are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a Dermatologist. From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out you feel comfortable with them from start to finish.
Everyone was very nice, and helpful. Listened and took extra care in helping me feel at ease. Will definitely be coming back if needed.
