I have been coming here for years. I have been coming here since the old dentist was here and stayed when Dr. Muko took over the practice five years ago. So far Dr. Muko has done 6 crowns on me and 5 crowns on my husband and none of them have ever fallen off! Also we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by Dr. Muko. I wasn’t going to post because I felt that everyone makes mistakes, but this was the last straw today. Some of these comments are right. I did wait up to an hour or more on some occasions. Other visits had waits of up to 40-50 minutes. I agree that if you're overbooked, you shouldn't continue booking people because it wastes their time and is very inconsiderate. Dr. Muko is one of the most honest Dentist in all of Southern California. I have had some real bad experiences in San Diego, Riverside and LA in my past 25 years in SoCal. My dental work has been extensive due to old fillings, cracked teeth I have had over 8 crowns and many root canals through the services of Dr. Muko and staff. His office does not have huge flashy equipment and big staff to keep the cost down for me and you (his patients). He is a great dentist and runs a good dental practice. I require deep cleaning every few years. Luckily, Dr. Muko is by far the most gentle dentist I have ever had that performed this procedure with next to no pain during any part of the process. He is also upfront and easy to talk to. Special shout out to Kelli at the front desk as well! She's easy to talk to, and did a great job keeping my nerves down before seeing Dr. Muko. 5 stars all around for the entire staff.
Great experience with each appointment. Great front desk staff whom are very personable, and very well mannered service dog who was barely noticeable during the visit. A very stress free environment during each visit. Love Dr. Muko’s laid back demeanor, and straight forward approach for each appointment.
