Dr. Simon worked a miracle on my teeth and I am forever grateful for the work he did. He completely changed my life!
Don’t make an appointment if you can’t verify insurance or contact the patient to make sure things are right. Why wait until I’m standing there? Complete waste of my time and very unhelpful.

I traveled all the way from Rochester, NY to Virginia in July 2021 to get my teeth looked at by Dr. Alex Simon. His reputation certainly precedes him as he did fantastic work. I did not know how bad my teeth grinding was before I met with the Doc and not only did he enlighten me about teeth grinding but also fitted my jaw with a guard that I've been using ever since. I’ve been a long standing patient of Dr. Simon for years as he is a great dentist. However, today was the last straw for me. Over the years we’ve dealt with numerous cancelled and rescheduled appointments all due to no fault of our own. Any appointment we would make would get cancelled and could not get another for at least 1-3 months out.
