Not happy with this practice! The first appointment took 2.5 hours just for his wife to come in and tap on my granddaughter’s teeth and say she needs to see her husband. They just texted and cancelled AGAIN for the second time! A child is in pain! What is wrong with you all?!?!?!
Dr Simon’s is the BEST he has patience and care to work with you when you are a difficult patient. I hope to never have to go anywhere else. The work he does makes you want to smile when finished. Love you Dr.Simons
Dr. Simon is the best. I love everyone in the office. They are kind and professional. He helped me to not be scared of the dentist anymore and I finally got my deep cleaning. So what if he takes a while and was under the weather, he came in and did his job. Dr. Simon you are great! You take your time and are very kind. Thank you for helping me and my husband.
Come here if you enjoy 2 to 3 hour long appointments because Dr. Simon’s schedule is overbooked and takes forever to fix your teeth. My favorite experience was coming in at 8am for our appointment and Dr. Simon coming in at 8:50am saying he was under the weather. Call us at 7am if you’re sick and we will reschedule. The practice needs a lesson in time management and patient care. The receptionist and dental hygienists are absolutely wonderful and I feel bad they have to deal with this all the time. I've been afraid of dentists my entire life due to bad experiences. Ive made initial appointments and never gone back due to various reasons , wether it be attitude, pushiness, or just not listening to me about my teeth. Someone recommended Dr. Simon and I gave it a shot. He is by far the best in the business. He listened to me and gave his assessment on my situation. He made me feel like I could trust him, so I did.
