I had an extraordinary experience at Washington Smiles, the people taking care of me there -- both the hygienist and the dentist, Dr. Raj (Dr. Rajagopalan) -- were incredibly brilliant and professional. I have never had such a thorough and informative dental exam. They examined my gums, photographed every tooth, took X-rays and went over all the data with visual aids to help me understand what issues I have. I absolutely love the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Krista especially made my nervousness about going to the dentist fade away as she explained everything she was doing and why! Also, Brit is just a joy ;)
very nice and pleasant staff.
This is the place to go for dental work. I have always HAD high anxiety problems with going to the dentist. I would make it to one...maybe two appointments and that was it. I would always cancel. Washington smiles helped me with my anxieties and 2 1/2 years later after 24 appointments LOL I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist and my mouth is in excellent health!!
