All the staff are welcoming and friendly. They take the time to listen to any concern's you may have. Dr. Smith goes out of her way to make sure you receive the correct dental care, even if it means sending you somewhere else. If you lose your dental insurance, they have a great plan for self pay patient's that is hard to beat. So you can keep up with your preventative care and still afford corrective service if you need it.
I was having problems with my mouthpiece and thought my root canal was going bad. They made an appointment for me almost the next day, took pictures of root canal, which is doing fine and trimmed my mouthpiece and I was walking out a very happy patient!! Love visiting all my friends there and going to the party! It’s always a party there. Thanks to all of you!!
I am a new patient. it was welcoming as soon as I went through door. the staff were all so nice. I want to thank the dental assistant Kris! sorry if dental assistant is not the right title. she was so warming, looked u in the eye when talking to you and you could tell she knew her job. she filed my dentures down to get rid of some of the issue til I can afford new ones with no hesitation. I will be back! and highly recommend!

Every time I have visited Washington Smiles it has been a great experience. Brittany and Lynn at the front desk always greet you with a big smile and welcome. My hygienist, Kayla, has a welcoming personality that instantly puts you at ease during your visit. She is super knowledgeable and always willing to take the time and answer any questions and make suggestions. This year I had a cavity filled by Dr Raj and Alana. I am new to Washington Smiles but felt so comfortable at my visit. Dr. Rajagopalan was so nice, and very informative. The office is beautiful and the staff all seemed so friendly and happy! Must be a great place to work! Also, it was nice that the office has late hours so I can come after work and not have to take time off during the day. I would highly recommend Washington Smiles to any friends and family!
