Very sweet staff, my daughter was terrified of the dentist after her last experience with a different place and woke up with her front teeth missing and none of us knew until they removed them. So since it's been impossible to make My daughter trust again they been so good with her and helped her through all the fears. We will continue using kids 1st as our dentist!! I love that my kids get excited to go to kids 1st dental!!!
This place is incredible! Waiting room is clean, fun, filled with activities for kids and families. Warm and welcoming! Disney movies synchronized between waiting room and lobby ensure kids can keep watching their favorite character adventures! The design, colors, characters and kid friendly setup is unmatched. We moved to clearwater about 6 months ago and i was so nervous about finding a new dentist for my girls 9 & 10 , this place is 10/10 from the moment you walk up and see your childs name on the chalk board , it smells amazing looks so cute and clean ! Everything is so up to date and every single person that works there that i spoke with was sweet and so helpful … they answered my phone call right away and didnt even give me a problem when i needed to reschedule more than once ! My 9 year old daughter had her first visit yesterday. Very thorough, clean & kid friendly. Our entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. Each staff member we encountered was extremely polite & patient. The tablet above the patient chair for my daughter to watch her favorite show or movie while getting her exam/cleaning done was an amazing touch. I’m glad we found this pediatric dental office. 10/10 would recommend.
Love love LOVE this office for my children!!! They’ve never felt so safe and secure. I’ve never been given a treatment plan before for any of my children, this office provided us with one that is clear and concise. You will always be reminded of every appointment you have and I have 5 children total, it’s easy to forget so I appreciate all the reminders. Nonetheless Kids definitely come first in this office!
