I am a return patient and had excellent care with Dr. D and his wonderful staff, I felt always cared for here and treated with professionalism and respect by everyone. I will always recommend this location cause they're top notch!

Five Stars & More to the Fort Worth, TX (Berry St.) Clinic. Dr. Smith & Dr. Uribe are Excellent and Top-of-the-Line in their respective crafts. As first-time patients of Chiropractic ever, my Daughter/minor Granddaughter/& myself, had no idea exactly "WHAT our Therapy Treatments and Healing Process would be/look like;" after car collision injury almost killed the three of us in Dec. 2021 (at no fault of our own). Incredible care at this location, everyone helped me out get well from doctor to staff. The facility is very clean and sanitized. I can tell they are dedicated and love helping others like myself who been in a trauma situation and needed the professional care that i received! 5+ stars!
I was provided with professional supportive care, exceptional nice doctor and front desk, I always listened to and felt that I mattered. Nothing better than having no pain anymore.
