I apologize for such a long post, but it is VERY important to me!
I have a very tight schedule owning an in-home daycare, taking care of my mother, and everything else that comes with life!
I needed to have not 1, but 3 root canals!!!! Through crazy scheduling and God, I ended up at Advanced Endodontics of Texas!!!!
I walked in today for my appointment after needing directions, about to have a COMPLETE panic attack (I am typically the one calming people down), and was greeted with a bright beautiful smile from Tiffany!!! I had a VERY prompt check-in, and went straight back to start my procedure!!!!
I was put at ease by the assistants Sabrina, Courtney, and Jennifer. These ladies were extremely professional and comforting.
I quickly met Dr. Attar and expressed ALL of my concerns!!! He was very THROUGH and explained, with a smile AND confidence, EVERYthing he needed to do!
They went to work. I watched how through and particular he was with his work, which I GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! I listened to everyone speak politely and respectfully to each other. This is SO IMPORTANT, and something you RARELY experience in today's world!!!☺️
I have to tell you, I was SO RELIEVED this entire experience was over, but MOST IMPORTANTLY.....as close to PAINLESS as a root canal could be!!!!!
I also want to mention.....Marla in the front office. She has been so accommodating and excellent with my schedule, billing, etc.... A true ANGEL!
It is VERY clear from the moment I have had contact with this practice.....from scheduling my appointment to walking out the door, everyone here is a TEAM!!!
I would like to say THANK YOU to each and everyone of YOU!!!! You are all very talented at what you do!!!
And yes, Dr. Attar.....I do love you!!! (I told him that when I realize he wasn't going to kill me with pain and there was no need for TEARS!) Lol
God has an AMAZING plan for you ALL, and you are a BLESSING TO US ALL!!!
Your office will be the ONLY endodontist that I TRUST!!!See you soon....with a SMILE for my next root canals!!!
