I purchased my couch from Arizona Leather 9 years ago. I went into the Scottsdale Road store today to pick up a bottle of leather cleaner and Lynn our salesperson still works there! How often does that happen? I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. Our couch still looks great after all these years. I would with out a doubt recommend Arizona Leather to friends and family.
Great quality product. Pricey. Mike was super nice, sadly my ottoman was left off the order, so I had to order it separately after the fact and then pay a second delivery charge ($150). Product deserves 5 stars, service 3 stars (especially for the price, felt nickel and dimed by a mistake I'm not sure I made).
We have now had our $9,600 couch for just over 2 years. Within a year the leather on one of the cushion backs started to deteriorate. Arizona Leather said it was due to oil from my husband’s head and it wasn’t their fault and would only replace the leather cushion cover at cost even though there was nothing stated in the warranty to that effect. As noted in my yelp review...have older Arizona leather pieces that are still in beautiful condition; my two latest pieces look horrible and are clearly not as high quality. If you have issues, stay far away from Mike M., it truly seemed as if he enjoyed making me regret my purchase. We cut our losses and sold our custom couch and chair and a half to a leather restoration company (at a huge loss) and have reordered new items from a more reputable retailer that stands behind their products manufacturers warranty.
