Still waiting for chairs ordered in April! Promised for mid June and still no delivery in sight.
If you want a company that stands behind their product, DO NOT purchase from Arizona Leather! After, examining the sample for durability, and being satisfied, I purchased a leather sectional. For the price, I expected it to last for years. But the leather was not the same quality as the sample, and after just a few months scratches appeared and the color of the leather rubbed off. Where to begin, feels like I've been deceived from the beginning. First, I was promised delivery by Christmas, which did not happen. I think I was misled because I made it clear I needed seating by the holiday and would take a different path if it wasn't possible. Clearly the sale was more important than my needs. Then when my sofa was finally delivered it had buckles and puckers in the upholstey. I reported it, a tech camr out, but I was told it was normal. Lisette, Thank you for your feedback and business, it is completely our fault our tech did not have the replacement padding for your arm. It does take time to create the replacement parts due to the dye lot approval we require to make sure you are going to be happy with the replacment parts. You are correct all parts orders that are not part of our warranty must be paid in full up front. Sorry this happened and hopefully the furry familiy memeber has lost the taste for leather sofa arms.
