Dr Nick is by far the best dentist and person that I’ve come to know in a long time! He is compassionate and caring about his patients. The front office staff let’s you know everything up front so there are no surprises! The technicians are concerned about your overall dental care and let you know if there is anything that you could do to improve but will also let you know if you are doing well! Dr. D and Dr. Nick are awesome! And all the staff is friendly and helpful. They work diligently with you to make sure you are within your benefits and when I had a procedure scheduled that the receptionist noticed had a high out of pocket cost, Haley called me ahead of time to let me know. I have never had a great experience with dentist offices until coming here and as long as they are in business I will give them mine.
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Nick. I was blown away by how personable and professional he is. I felt in good hands while there. Everyone from the staff up front to the hygienist were very polite and professional. It’s great to see an office that works so well together. My daughters had an appointment at the same time. They were very accommodating with my children and kept them comfortable the entire time. Couldn’t be more pleased. If there were 6 stars that’s what I rate them!
Dr. Nick is the best doctor I have ever had! And the first dentist I have ever really trusted. You can call him anytime with concerns or questions. He makes every procedure pretty much painless, which I never thought was possible before! He is fair and honest and really does care about his patients!
We have been going to Aurora Dental since we moved to Alaska 9 years ago. The service is great, the staff are friendly and professional, and we recommend them to everyone.
Had work done on a couple of teeth at the same time. Very comfortable, just sitting there while Dr. Nick and assistants do what they do best. Fix my teeth. When asked where I go for dental work I tell my friends about Aurora Dental. Calm, cool,and professional. !!!!
Dr. Nick is fantastic! His whole staff is outstanding makes you feel like you’ve known them and they’ve known you forever. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and have, on each of my visits, gotten me in and out early. Can’t say enough good things about the whole staff and wonderful care they provide. Highly recommended!!!
