We visited 4 local orthodontists to find the best fit for my son's orthodontia needs. Dr. Danielle, Jenn, and all of the staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Bauer and Bauer were my son's first choice by far. And though this office is not in network for us, they were very affordable compared to the other places we visited. We LOVE Dr. Danielle and everyone there!
The office staff is wonderful.. dr Bauer is a very good dentist ... I had a implant put in and did not feel a thing!!! I am not a fan of going to the dentist but he really made me feel comfortable .. would highly recommend !!!! Very happy with my implant!!!
I took my daughter there for her braces consult based on the rave reviews and couldn't be happier that I did. Their customer service is amazing. After scheduling my daughter's braces, I requested a consult myself for restoration. My teeth were very yellow and SHORT as I'm a grinder. I was told in the past I was not a candidate for restoration as my bite was too tight. Well, let me tell you Dr. Bauer found a way and I now have a brand-new smile. Dr. Bauer loves what he does. We were provided orthodontic services while out of network with our dental insurance, we actually done have orthodontic coverage on our dental plan, and Bauer and Bauer worked to help us get money back from our insurance. In addition to the fantastic ortho service we were provided, the financial support was greatly appreciated too!
They are professional, yet very friendly, and strive to make their patients as comfortable as possible. Our recently retired dentist referred us to them, as Dr. Bauer is his own personal dentist. I think that's a pretty good recommendation!
