I must have gone on a day when everyone was off their game because my experience was nothing like everyone else who has reviewed. The hygienist came to get me from the waiting room and took me to the exam room. She didn't say hi or ask how I was doing, just said, "You have a toothache?" and I told her I did and she said, "I'll do an x-ray." After the image was on the screen she said, "Yup."
