Great use of the texting system. They let us know when appointments are. What to do when we arrive. How to contact them if there are issues. Every one is nice and caring. I do not like having cold water on my teeth so the water is warmed. They take their time and explain what they will be doing. Your temperature is taken when you go into the building( after receiving your text to go in) hand sanitizer is provided all in all a good experience.
