Brought my 8 year old son in to fix a filling and seal 4 molars. Hygienist explained her part of the procedure to me well. Dentist administered novacaine to my son without a word to me before or after.

Everyone seems to really care about me as an individual. They have been very considerate of my financial situation and that I sometimes have to cancel because of that.

Even though I know that there are quite a few dental practices much closer to my home, the half-hour (or so) drive to get here is very much worth my peace of mind. I am never apprehensive about my appointments.
