Been going here for years have spent thousands of dollars there. Now that I have kids and they get Medicaid they WILL not get them in. Even though my 1st son has been there before ! They told me I’m on a waiting list to be seen for a simple cleaning that I have been on since January.... even though he’s a existing patient. They won’t even see my second son... absolutely ridiculous. Won’t spend a dime there anymore .
i went to my dentist since birth (40 min away) for a second opinion because I did not feel comfortable with Coastals findings, and found out I had no issues and just needed a routine prophylaxis. What would've been a $1,000 treatment plan turned into a $2 copay. They pass out $100 'giftcards' like candy to get you in the door. My 7 yr old son had an awful, gut wrenching experience. BEWARE!!!! MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE: I went here and they did nothing besides stick their hand in my mouth and I had to pay $129 for nothing. This place just wants your money they don’t care what it takes. These are money hungry people and I will never go back here again. I’m so mad I went there because I was told they can put me under that is what I went there for but instead they give me a bill for stuff I didn’t need I just needed a filling they said I needed all this extra stuff.
