I have been going to Comfort Dental for many years, just a different location. I cannot say enough good about the West location! Cinthia was so kind and knowledgeable. I have very sensitive teeth and gums. She was gentle while polishing my teeth. Dr Thueson was gentle and for the first time in many years my mouth isn’t sore after my appointment. Finally found a dental “home” that cares.
I had such a great experience at Comfort Dental with Dr. Thueson! He’s not only highly professional but also incredibly personable—he made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. It’s clear he really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The office staff deserves a shoutout too! What an amazing amazing dentist office, Dr. Rhees took the time to answer each and every one of my comments, did an out standing job as well. We have worked on my teeth since October 2024 and I only have 1 appointment left and today is March 26th 2025. I only have 1 more appointment to get my new teeth after countess fillings and crown work ( all painless) performed by Dr Rhees. I want to give a shoutout to their tech Liz. She did my cleaning last month, and she is fast, very knowledgeable, thorough and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. She did all of my x-rays, photos of each individual teeth before the cleaning and didn’t have to repeat any of them. Her cleaning was a great experience! A plus, is that her smile lights up the room. I have been going here for about 2 years and have had a great experience with the dentist and techs. Today I had Cinthia, I don’t know if I can request people in the future but she was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated that she was explaining what she was doing. For instance, she’d say something like I’m going to have my finger her to hold your lip up so that…xyz. It was nice because when someone is working in your mouth it can feel invasive but she made it to where I knew what was happening and the why behind it.
