Dr. Ponce and her entire staff are the best! They have gone above and beyond for me more than once. They are very reasonably priced also. I have been going to them since I moved to Las Vegas, and I have recommended them to everyone! My parents and numerous friends are their clients now lol. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
I have to say I have had a wonderful experience at Delicate Dental so far. The office is very clean and the whole staff is extremely friendly. Star is super helpful with everything involving insurance and questions you may have about your appointment. They have made me feel comfortable from day one and are helping me get my mouth and my teeth. I highly recommend dropping in. Well done!
i hate going to the dentist as it is never a fun experience for me. Everyone is here is so nice and welcoming. The dentist is very kind and thorough with her explanations. The staff members were all super friendly and reassuring. I am actually feeling much less stressed about my next few appointments there after my visit a few days ago.Zanayah L.
Horrible!! Tried to ask questions and the receptionist kept cutting me off! Will never take my daughter there again.
This review is solely for their scheduling practice. Why would you tell a patient that there is an “open” time slot earlier in the day when I am basically waiting an hour to be seen - back to my regular appointment. I had to switch around my plans of the day to accommodate this and the result is just to have me come in earlier so what…the staff can leave earlier? Absolutely unprefessional on the scheduling side. It’s disingenuous.
I recently went to delicate dental going through my insurance but they only have 1 person who does the scheduling it's been about 2 weeks with constant txt and calling back to back Everytime I try to schedule it's always something I'm also new to the area so not to familiar with the insurance but when I called ms.stella at the front desk she was super rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her when all I'm trying to do is set an appointment no one has reached out or tried to help me at all definitely wouldn't recommend ... read more

Terrible. Called on March 7 to make an appointment for today, March 30. Drove an hour from Pahrump to find out they don't have my appointment and now say the don't take my insurance anymore. Ok providers change the insurance all the time but how do you also not have the appointment. The call log is in my phone for the day I made the appointment. So they decided they don't want patients with this insurance anymore I guess. That is fine but they should call instead of having people show up for appointments for nothing. ... read more
Terrible customer service! Renee very unfriendly! Pain just to get a simple TOOTHPASTE refill. Used to be a pleasant.
